It's a free and portable application that allows you to create all sort of neat images with light effects and adjust some parameters to your images.

Small and lightweight graphical interface

The application sports a really small and intuitive graphical interface with some sections that you can navigate through.

It has some tips, but if you want more information, you will need to access the developer's website. It would have been nice if it had the option to make some adjustments to the application's layout.

Create stunning images fast

You simply need to use your mouse in order to create images with the application. You only need to use the mouse in order to add light effects to the background. It would have been nice if you could drag and drop images inside the window, so you could add light effects to them.

Use the mouse to add light circles on the canvas, you can adjust the color of light effects by simply picking one from the palette. It lets you adjust the size of effects, as well as the intensity. You can also enable the feature that lets you absorb similar light.

Adjust some parameters to images

You can change the background color for the canvas and pick whichever you want from the palette. It also lets you load images in the background, but you can't make any adjustments to them.

The program doesn't take long to render images on your computer and you can save them in jpg, png, tiff or bmp format. It would have been nice if the application had some more tools and features.

All in all, Portable Hot Spot Studio is a very useful application that allows you to create images with light effects.
